Noodles "Pleasure" with vegetables

Wok noodles are made from wheat flour with the addition of salt and water. The noodles look like thin, wide, long strips of light color. A wok is a frying pan with high sides. It is in this frying pan with a small amount of oil that the well-known wok dish is cooked. The cook quickly and carefully tosses and turns the noodles with vegetables and meat in the frying pan. In such conditions, the dish cooks very quickly. Therefore, wok noodles are considered street food.
Ingredients
Servings 2- Udon noodles - 50 g
- Chinese cabbage - 50 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Zucchini - 60 g
- Teriyaki sauce - 90 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 34 g
Cooking
Step 1

Chop the Chinese cabbage.
Step 2

Cut the carrots into strips.
Step 3

Cut the zucchini into strips.
Step 4
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Step 5
Boil the noodles. Place them in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the vegetables in it.

Mix the finished noodles with the vegetables, add the sauce, and pepper to taste. Stir.
Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
