Mortadella rolls with vegetables and truffles
Such a roll with mortadella is prepared very quickly and will look great on any holiday table.
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 1 black truffle canned in oil
- zucchini - 0.25
- 0.5 stalk of celery
- 100 g thinly sliced mortadella
- carrots - 1 small
Cooking
Step 1
Peel vegetables, cut into large strips.
Step 2
Cut the truffle into very thin slices.
Step 3
Put slices of mortadella on the work surface, line with vegetable straws. Roll each slice into a roll, put a slice of truffle on top. Serve within a maximum of 20 min.
