Lean carrot cake

Delicious Lenten Pie!

Ingredients

  • carrots - 1 tbsp. grated on a fine grater
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • 0.5 st. - sunflower oil
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • a pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp soda not slaked with vinegar

Cooking

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and knead the dough well. It should be the consistency of thick sour cream.

Step 2

Pour the dough into a mold without greasing it with oil or flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the dough there.

Step 3

After 40 minutes your cake is ready!
