Lean carrot cake
Delicious Lenten Pie!
Ingredients
- carrots - 1 tbsp. grated on a fine grater
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- 0.5 st. - sunflower oil
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- a pinch of salt
- 0.5 tsp soda not slaked with vinegar
Cooking
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and knead the dough well. It should be the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 2
Pour the dough into a mold without greasing it with oil or flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the dough there.
Step 3
After 40 minutes your cake is ready!
