Homemade sorbet

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g frozen strawberries
  • 3 art. l. heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Cooking

Step 1

Peel bananas and cut into slices. Place the bananas in the freezer and freeze completely.

Step 2

Place bananas, strawberries, cream and vanilla extract in a food processor and blend until smooth. The consistency should be like soft ice cream.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
