Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • ripe tomatoes 6-8 pcs.
  • sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • red onion 1/4 pc.
  • garlic 1 pc.
  • cucumber 1-2 pcs.
  • olive oil 4-6 tbsp
  • sherry vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt, black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Singe the pepper over an open fire from all sides until the skin turns black, put in a bag, after 15 minutes. clear.

Step 2

Put coarsely chopped onions, peeled tomatoes and peppers, a clove of garlic into a blender bowl, pour in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 3

Pour into plates, add a spoonful of cucumbers and sweet peppers cut into small cubes, pour over with oil, serve with croutons. Bon appetit!
