Fried sandwiches with ham, cheese and tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings 2
  • 4 large slices of rustic bread
  • 4 thin slices of ham
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 cups of tomato
  • 2 slices sweet pepper
  • butter
  • salt
  • greenery for decoration

Cooking

Step 1

Brush each piece of bread generously with butter. Place ham on 2 pieces, cheese on the remaining two.

Step 2

Put the tomatoes and peppers on the cheese, lightly salt, cover with bread and ham and press down.

Step 3

Place the prepared sandwiches in a preheated sandwich maker or waffle maker and close the lid. Roast for approximately 2.5 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with greens.
