Fried eggs in potato form

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • egg - 3 pcs.
  • salt - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Peel, wash and grate potatoes on a medium grater. Drain excess juice and season with salt.

Step 2

Lay out thin strips of grated potatoes on a heated frying pan. With a fork or spatula we create the shapes we need. The thickness of the layer is about 1.5-2 cm. Cook until golden brown over medium heat.

Step 3

After frying on one side, carefully turn over and break the egg inside. Salt and fry until the eggs are cooked.

Step 4

You can add any ingredients of your choice. This time I have olives, dill and finely grated hard cheese. Enjoy your meal.
