Eggplant wraps with cheese

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • 40 g of green onions
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • dill
  • 150 g Russian cheese
  • 2 eggplants
  • garlic - 2 cloves

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 200ºС. Wash eggplant, cut lengthwise into thin slices. Put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with a small amount of vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Do not turn off the oven. 2. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic, chop. Wash greens, dry and finely chop. Mix cottage cheese with 100 g of cheese, garlic and herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetable mix, stir. 3. Fold 2 eggplant slices crosswise. In the center put 2 tbsp. l. fillings. Wrap the ends of the plates to the center, press with your hands. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
