Cutlets "Turtles"

  • minced meat 0.4 kg
  • sausages for children 5 pcs.
  • sandwich cheese 0.2 kg
  • barberry 10 pcs.
  • greens 0.1 kg

Cooking

Step 1

We cut the sausage lengthwise into two halves, then across. On one side we make two cuts with a knife. It turns out four "paws". We do the same with two more sausages. We cut the remaining sausages into three parts: the ends of the sausages are the “heads” of two turtles, and the middle is the “tails”. On each "head" we make a horizontal incision - this is the future "mouth".

Step 2

Salt and pepper minced meat, form cutlets. We stick “paws”, “tail”, “head” into them, we make eyes out of cloves, peppercorns or barberry.

Step 3

We cut the slices of cheese into strips and put them in the form of a net on a cutlet - the “back” of the turtles.

Step 4

We put our cutlets in the oven at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes. As soon as the cheese begins to bake, cover the patties with foil. 5 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil to allow the cheese to brown.

Step 5

Put the hot cutlets on the greens and serve immediately to the table.
