Currant dessert
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 250 g redcurrant
- 2 st. l. Cointreau liqueur
- oranges - 1 pc.
- whipped cream to taste
- 2 st. l. Teddy bear
- 250 g blackcurrant

Step 1
1. Remove the currant berries from the branches, place in a colander and rinse gently. Lay out on paper towels and let dry. Wash the orange thoroughly and pat dry. Using a fine grater, remove the zest, squeeze the juice out of the pulp. In a bowl, mix orange zest and juice, add honey and liqueur. 2. Transfer the currants to a deep dish and pour over the syrup. Put in the refrigerator overnight. Arrange the dessert in serving bowls, decorate with whipped cream. * Liqueur "Cointreau" can be replaced with cognac or vintage port wine.
