Cookies with chocolate chips and coconut
Fragrant cookies with chocolate chips and coconut flakes. They are prepared extremely quickly and are ideally combined with a glass of cold milk.
Ingredients
- 170 g flour
- 0.5 tsp baking soda (put out)
- 100 g softened butter
- 90 g sugar (it is better to take light cane)
- 35 g powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 100 g chocolate drops (But you can just chop your favorite chocolate into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp. l. coconut flakes
Cooking
Step 1
Put the oven on to heat up to 190 degrees.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except chocolate. To keep the weight even. Lastly, gently fold in the chocolate.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out cookies with a spoon. I love using heat resistant cookie cutters. Be sure to leave enough space as the cookies will spread a little as they bake.
Step 4
Bake for about 15 minutes, without ventilation. Look - as soon as they acquire a confident golden hue - you need to pull them out. Cool on a rack or wooden board.
