Cookies "Cat tongues"
Delicious, quick and very easy to prepare gift for friends and family. Delicate and crumbly shortbread biscuits in chocolate.
Ingredients
Servings 10- flour - 120 g
- butter - 120 g
- egg - 2 pcs.
- dark chocolate (not less than 72%) - 100 g
- sugar - 120 g
- vanilla (pod) - 1 pc.
- sugar (for decoration) - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the necessary products. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl until the mixture turns white and increases in volume, about 7 minutes. hand whisk.

Whisking continuously, add the eggs, one at a time, to the butter and sugar.
Step 3
Sift and pour the flour into the mixture, along with the vanilla seeds (cut the vanilla pod lengthwise into 2 parts and scrape out the seeds with a knife). Knead the dough with a spoon, it should turn out like thick sour cream.

Lay a silicone mat or baking paper on a baking sheet. Fill a pastry bag or a plastic bag with a cut corner with the dough and lay out the dough with tongues at a distance of 3-4 cm from one another.
Step 5
Put the baking sheet in the oven for 6-7 minutes, the edges of the cookies should be browned, and the top should remain light. Remove cookies from pan and cool.
Step 6
While the cookies are cooling, break the chocolate into pieces and put in a water bath to melt. If the percentage of cocoa butter in chocolate is not less than 72, then it melts very well and solidifies on finished products smooth and shiny. Dip the tips of the biscuits in chocolate and lay out to dry on a wire rack, taking it out to the cold. Part of the "cat's tongues" can be dipped in sugar crystals to achieve a greater resemblance to the rough tongues of furry robbers...
