Cookies based on tomato juice
I want to share a simple recipe for delicious cookies from our project "Gingerbread and Cookies by Maria Leonova" with my friend.
Ingredients
Servings 10- tomato juice - 5 tbsp. l.
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l.
- sugar - 5 tbsp. l.
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- orange peel - 1 tbsp. l.
- flour - how much dough will take, about 2 cups
Cooking
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out the cookies.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 10 minutes.
