Cones for breakfast
Ingredients
Servings 4- 2 large corn tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 4 slices of cheese
- 100 g minced meat
- 1 large tomato
- lettuce
- lemon juice
- 1000 island sauce, for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into slices. Drizzle with lemon juice to keep it from darkening. Cut the tomato into slices.
Step 2
Warm the corn tortillas, cut in half and roll into a cone.
Step 3
Place lettuce, tomatoes, cold cuts, cheese, and avocado in tortillas. Serve with sauce.
