Cocktail The Fifth Element
Ingredients
Servings 3- 30 ml vodka
- 30 ml golden rum
- 15 ml strawberry puree
- 10 ml of Amaretto liqueur
- 30 ml raspberry liqueur
- 5 ml fresh lime juice
- 2–3 dashes of angostura
- lime juice
- roasted almonds
- Strawberry
- currant dust and powdered sugar for decoration
Cooking
Step 1
Fill a shaker 2/3 full of ice, pour in all ingredients except raspberry liqueur, close, shake for 20 seconds.
Step 2
Lubricate the edges of the chilled shots with lime juice, dip in currant dust with powdered sugar. Very carefully strain the cocktail into shots. Top with raspberry liqueur.
Step 3
Place the shots on a tray, garnish with almonds and strawberries, and serve immediately.
