Choux dumplings with cherries
Choux dumplings with cherries are a real delicacy. Choux pastry can be rolled out very thinly, while it remains quite elastic, and the filling does not fall out. You can put sour cream and sugar on a plate for each, but try this option: mix sugar and sour cream in a large bowl and dip dumplings in it for 5 minutes. It will turn out very tasty!
Ingredients
Servings 4- 350 g cherries
- sugar
- cream
- 2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 art. l. vegetable oil
- 1 h. l. year
Cooking
Step 1
Remove pits from cherries.
Step 2
Sift flour with salt into a bowl. Pour in boiling water and vegetable oil and quickly knead into a soft, elastic dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut out circles with a diameter of 5 cm. Cover with a towel so that the dough does not wind.
Step 4
Put some cherries in the center of the mug, sprinkle with sugar and pinch the edge. Put the finished dumplings on a board sprinkled with flour.
Step 5
Boil water in a large saucepan, season with salt. Lower the dumplings and cook after surfacing for 4 minutes. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a colander and let the water drain. Arrange on plates, add sour cream and sprinkle with sugar.
