Chocolate cake with dark beer
Ingredients
Servings 6-8- 400 ml good dark beer
- 160 g brown sugar
- 230 g flour
- 220 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g soft cream cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar

Grease a 26 cm baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour, put in the refrigerator.

Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into a bowl. Beat eggs with regular and vanilla sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Turning the mixer on the lowest speed, add the flour.

Separately, beat the softened butter until soft and creamy. Slowly fold the butter into the egg-flour mixture. Add beer, mix until smooth and pour the dough into the prepared form.
Step 4
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 60-70 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.

For cream, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and decorate the top of the cooled cake with it.
