Chicken cutlets stuffed with oatmeal breading
I don’t like fatty cutlets, I don’t like breadcrumbs, I don’t like an egg as a gluing element in minced meat. So I invented my own recipe so that everything was my way)
Ingredients
Servings 8- chicken breast fillet - 1 pc.
- zucchini - 0.5 pcs.
- cheese - 50 g
- fresh parsley
- cereals
- egg - 1 pc.
- nutmeg, salt
Cooking
Step 1
I prefer to make minced meat myself in an electric meat grinder. In the finished fresh minced meat, add the grated zucchini. It acts as a link. Mix, season with a pinch of nutmeg and salt. In a separate bowl, mix grated cheese with chopped herbs. We form a mincemeat cake on the hand. In the center we put a ball from the filling, close it and sculpt a cutlet in a shape that is nice for you.
Step 2
Whisk the egg with salt in a bowl, pour the oatmeal into another. Dip the patties in turn in the egg, then in the cereal. Fry in a hot frying pan over high heat until the first crust. After lowering the temperature, add a little water to the pan, close the lid and simmer for about 10 minutes. The cutlets are tender and low-fat, and the unusual breading gives a special taste and relish.
