Cherry tart
Cherry tart is an indicator of the highest skill of a confectioner. It would seem, well, what is so special about it, because it has only two components, a shortcrust pastry basket and a cherry. So this simplicity is the whole point. All ingredients must be perfectly prepared in order to achieve a harmonious combination of flavors.
Ingredients
Servings 8- wheat flour 200 g
- butter 100 g
- baking powder 1 pinch
- pitted cherries 500 g
- sugar 80-100 g
- potato starch 1 tbsp. l.
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- vanillin 1 pinch
Cooking
Step 1
For the dough, rub the flour with butter until crumbs are obtained. Add baking powder and vanilla.
Step 2
Put the dough in a springform pan with a diameter of 20-22 cm, form a side 4 cm high and bake for 10-15 minutes. at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Step 3
Mix the pitted cherries with sugar, cinnamon and starch, put the filling on the baked base and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the cake sliced, warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
