Cake "potato" with nuts

Ingredients

  • milk - 0.5 cups
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • 250 g biscuits
  • 100 g peeled hazelnuts
  • butter - 75 g
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder

Cooking

Step 1

1. Grind cookies and nuts into crumbs. Mix powdered sugar with cocoa, dilute with hot milk, add butter. Mix thoroughly and let cool. 2. Add crushed nut cookies to the mixture and mix until smooth. Form balls of the same size. Roll them in a mixture of powder, cocoa and crushed nuts. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
