Cake Potato
Instead of rum, cognac or red semi-sweet wine can be added to the "potato" dough. If the dessert is intended for children, replace alcohol with grape or apple juice.
Ingredients
Servings 10 servings- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- milk - 1 glass
- butter - 100 g
- 300 g biscuits
- 1 Art. l. roma
- 3 art. l. cocoa powder
- sugar - 0.5 cups
Cooking
Step 1
Heat the milk together with the sugar until it is completely dissolved. Grind cookies into small crumbs. Add warm milk with sugar and butter to a bowl with biscuit crumbs. To stir thoroughly.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp. l. cocoa and rum. Mix again.
Step 3
To fashion from the resulting mass cakes in the form of potatoes. Mix the remaining cocoa with powdered sugar, roll each cake in the mixture and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
