Brownie muffins with nuts
Chocolate pleasantly gooey brownie muffins with walnuts.
Ingredients
Servings 12- brown sugar - 250 g
- bitter chocolate - 200 g
- butter - 100 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- cocoa - 25 g
- flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 pod
- walnuts - 40 g
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath. Pour the mixture into the mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add vanilla, eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt. Beat into a homogeneous mass.
Step 3
Add sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder and chopped nuts. Mix.
Step 4
Spread the dough into molds, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
