Bagel bread CIAMBELLA
Wonderful homemade bread! Crispy crust and light, tender crumb will appeal to everyone without exception!
Ingredients
- 15 g pressed yeast

- 50 ml warm water
- 1 Art. l. torment

- 450 g sifted flour

Step 1
For the dough, mix all the ingredients and let rise to the cap.
Step 2
For the dough, mix all the liquid ingredients, mix all the dry ingredients separately and knead the dough. Leave the dough alone for 20 minutes (for the development of gluten).
Step 3
Then we knead the dough well, it will be a little sticky, put it on the rise, after 30 minutes fold the dough with an envelope, after another 30 minutes fold it and let it rise well (40-60 minutes).
Step 4
We dump the dough on a table sprinkled with flour, form a rectangle, turn it into a large roll and twist it a little. We connect the ends of the roll into a circle. You can put a jar in the middle so that when lifting the ring does not connect, I did not do this, I just made a bigger hole in the donut. We give the bread a good rise on the parchment (I have a silicone mat). We heat the oven to 240 degrees along with a baking sheet (or stone) and drag our bread with parchment onto a baking sheet. We bake for 15 minutes with steam, then remove the steam and reduce to 200 degrees, bake for another 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Enjoy your meal!
