Wafer rolls
Wafer rolls are my son's favorite treat!
Ingredients
- butter - 300 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- egg - 3 pcs.
- flour - 1.5 tbsp.
- vanillin - 1 g
Cooking
Step 1
Rub softened butter with sugar.
Step 2
Add eggs, vanilla, flour and mix until smooth. Bake in an electric waffle iron and roll into tubes.
