Pepper, Eggs, Coconut milk

Thai omelet

Ingredients

  • 1/4 sweet pepper
  • 1 sprig of cilantro
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 20 ml vegetable oil
  • eggs - 2 pcs

Cooking

Step 1

Whisk the eggs while adding the Thai Coconut Milk and Thai Fish Sauce to the bowl. Beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 2

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Wash cilantro, pat dry with paper towels and finely chop. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add "Thai Lemon Mix", mix.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry prepared vegetables in it (3 minutes). Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Using a spatula, flip the omelette over and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from fire. Serve very hot.
