Tea with pear
Ingredients
Servings 4- 1 pear
- 10 g black Ceylon tea
- 20 g brown sugar
- a quarter of a lemon
Cooking
Step 1
Pears cut into 4 parts. Remove the core and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Divide into cups.
Step 2
Prepare tea from tea leaves and 800 ml of delicious drinking water.
Step 3
Add sugar and lemon juice to each cup. Mix well. Pour in hot tea. Leave for 2-3 minutes and serve
