Sweet corn with cashews and green peas

Ingredients

  • canned corn - 180 g
  • fresh frozen peas - 40 g
  • carrots - 30 g
  • cashew - 20 g
  • vegetable oil - 50 g
  • salt - 1 g
  • ajinomato seasoning - 1 g

Cooking

Step 1

Carrot cut into cubes. Mix corn and green peas with carrots and fry in vegetable oil with salt and seasoning.

Step 2

Sprinkle with toasted cashew nuts before serving.
