Shrimp and squid in creamy sauce

Ingredients

- Mussels - 80 g
- Shrimp - 80 g
- Garlic - 15 g
- Cream 20% fat - 100 g
- Onions - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 51 g

Step 1

Boil the squid. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add salt. Place the prepared carcasses in the boiling water and bring to a boil again. Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave the squid under the lid for another 5 minutes. Then drain the water and cool the meat well. Cut the cooled squid into strips.
Step 2

Fry the seafood. Pour oil into the frying pan and heat it up. Add chopped onion and fry for 2-4 minutes until soft. Pour in garlic and fry everything for no more than 1 minute. Add shrimp, boiled squid and mussel meat to the onion frying, stir. Then pour cream over the seafood and stir thoroughly again. Reduce heat to low, simmer the seafood under the lid for 1-2 minutes. The main thing is not to overcook the seafood, so that it does not become “rubbery”.
