Sangria

Ingredients

  • 6 st. l. Curacao liqueur
  • oranges - 1 pc.
  • green apple
  • 0.5 cup brandy
  • sugar - 2 tsp.
  • 1 bottle semi-dry Spanish red wine
  • ice
  • carbonated mineral water to taste
  • lemon (peel, juice)

Cooking

Step 1

Mix all liquid ingredients, except soda, with sugar, making sure that it is completely dissolved. Slice lemons and oranges. Cut the core from the apple and cut into thin slices. Add the fruit to the wine mixture and let it brew for about an hour. Before serving, put on ice and add sparkling water.
