Sandwich "Greek"

Ingredients

  • bread - 2 slices
  • feta - 100 g
  • iceberg lettuce - 2 sheets
  • tomato - 1/2 pc.
  • olives - a few pieces

Cooking

Step 1

Toast the bread on both sides in a dry frying pan or in the oven until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut tomatoes and olives into thin slices. Cut or tear lettuce leaves into small pieces.

Step 3

Brush the bread with feta cheese, or put a small slice on each piece. Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
