Salted salmon sandwich
Ingredients
Servings 2- whole grain bread - 2 slices
- slightly salted salmon - 4-6 slices
- young spinach - 10 leaves
- radish - 2 pcs.
- olive oil
- lemon 3-4 thin slices
Cooking
Step 1
Fry the bread in olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the radish into very thin slices. Wash spinach and pat dry.
Step 3
Assemble the sandwich.
