Puffs with apples and cranberries
Delicious puffs with lingonberries and apples are very easy to cook in a multi-oven. Great option for home tea!
Ingredients
Servings 4- yeast-free puff pastry 350 g
- sweet and sour apple 1 pc.
- lingonberries pureed with sugar 4 tbsp.
- ground cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Cooking
Step 1
Wash the apple, remove the core, cut into 8 slices. Cut the dough into 8 squares.
Step 2
From the squares to make "boats".
Step 3
Put 0.5 tsp into the recess. rubbed with sugar lingonberries and an apple slice. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put 4 puffs-"boats" on the grid. Bake for 6 minutes at 195 degrees.
Step 5
Also bake the second batch of puffs. Sprinkle finished puffs with powdered sugar.
