Paella with vegetables and sausages

- Onions - 80 g
- Celery stalk - 45 g
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Chicken broth - 300 g
- Long grain rice - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 34 g
- Butter - 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Heat a frying pan with vegetable and butter and fry the vegetables until soft, then add the rice and mix thoroughly. Pour in the broth, add salt and pepper to taste and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Step 2
Fry the sausages in a frying pan and add them to the risotto.
