Peach, Yogurt, Oranges

Orange peach cocktail

Milkshakes with fresh fruits and berries are so nutritious and healthy that they can sometimes replace a full breakfast.

Ingredients

Servings 2 servings
  • ice cubes
  • orange
  • 2 peaches
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • 200 ml natural yoghurt

Cooking

Step 1

1. Peel oranges, disassemble into slices and peel off films. Peaches (fresh or canned) cut into small pieces. 2. In a blender, beat fruit with sugar and yogurt. Pour into a pitcher, add ice and stir well. Pour into glasses, serve immediately.
