Ingredients
Servings 4- zucchini 2 pcs.
- garlic 3 cloves
- pepper to taste (you can also cut into strips)
- soy sauce 30 g
- sesame to taste
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into strips and fry for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add pepper and fry for another 10 minutes (you can also cut into strips), adding soy sauce and sesame seeds, seasonings to taste, I added paprika. Ready!
