Grilled chicken lula kebab

Lula kebab is popular in the Middle East, Central Asia, as well as in Transcaucasia and the Balkans. Translated from Persian, kebab simply means "fried meat." Step 1

Prepare the lula kebab. Combine the spices, minced chicken and onion. Knead until smooth for 10 minutes. Transfer the lula kebab base to a bowl and cover it with cling film. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
