Ingredients
Servings 1- unfiltered beer - 200 ml
- Triple Sec liqueur - 30 ml
- freshly squeezed grapefruit juice - 50 ml
- grapefruit syrup - 30 ml
- sprig of rosemary - 1 pc.
- fresh grapefruit - for garnish
- ice - 5-8 cubes

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, garnish with a sprig of thyme and grapefruit slices.
