Fried chicken with bell peppers and tomatoes
A quick recipe. Quick fried spicy chicken and vegetables.
Ingredients
Servings 4- Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 600 g
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- spices for chicken
- pepper
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Rub the chicken with seasonings and salt. Fry in oil on both sides in a well-heated pan.
Step 2
Cut peppers and tomatoes into small cubes. Add to chicken. Close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
