Frangipane Cake

Unrealistically delicious baskets with nut cream, jam and notes of orange

Ingredients

  • Sand dough tartlets - 12 pcs.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Ground almonds - 100 g
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Small cane sugar - 90 g
  • Orange peel
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp
  • Jam - 180 g
  • Almond flakes for serving

Cooking

Step 1

Break the egg into a bowl, add the almonds, butter and sugar, zest and vanilla extract. Mix.

Step 2

Put 1 tsp into each tartlet. jam and 1 tsp. frangipane. Put in the oven (190 degrees) for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Sprinkle with almond flakes and zest. Enjoy your meal!
