Ingredients

  • seasonal berries (gooseberries, red and black currants, cherries) - 100 g
  • homemade grenadine or sugar syrup - 15 ml
  • lime juice - 20 ml
  • rum - 60 ml
  • ice - 100 g

Cooking

Step 1

Muddle the berries in a tall glass, pour in the lime juice, syrup and rum. Add crushed ice and top up with soda if desired. Stir with a bar spoon.
