Curd dumplings
This simple and very tasty dish is within the power of even the youngest and not very experienced mothers. Its preparation will not take much time, and most importantly, both children and their parents will like it.
Ingredients
Servings 4- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- 2 Art. l. decoys
- eggs - 2 pcs
- 100 ml sour cream
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
Cooking
Step 1
1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add semolina and yolks with sugar, mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 2. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar into a fluffy foam. Gently fold into curd mixture. 3. Soak a large cloth or towel in warm water, then wring it out. Put the curd mass on it, giving it a cylindrical shape. 4. Wrap the napkin tightly and tie the ends tightly. Boil water in a wide saucepan. Lower the napkin with cottage cheese and cook for 15 minutes. The dumplings should float. Remove from water and let cool slightly. 5. While dumplings are cooking, make sour cream dressing. Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. 6. Remove the slightly cooled dumplings from the napkin and cut into circles. Drizzle with sour cream dressing.
