Chocolate Raspberry Biscuits

Ingredients

  • biscuit-chocolate cake -2 pcs.,
  • raspberry jam - 200 g (based on 6-7 servings)
  • fresh raspberries - 200 g

Cooking

Step 1

Spread raspberry jam on chocolate sponge cake. Top with a second cake and let soak for 1 hour.

Step 2

We cut our cakes soaked in raspberry jam into portioned pieces-cakes.

Step 3

On top of each cake, evenly apply an even layer of raspberry jam again.

Step 4

We carefully place fresh raspberries on the jam and let our cakes stand in a warm place for about 30 minutes, after which you can eat with pleasure and treat your guests!
