Chicken cutlets in breadcrumbs

- Onions - 80 g
- White bread - 25 g
- Breadcrumbs - 150 g
- Eggs - 60 g
- Vegetable oil - 300 g

Prepare the mince. Soak the white bread crumb in warm milk for 3 minutes. Squeeze out excess liquid. Place the mince in a deep bowl, add the egg, bread, salt, pepper, onion, and parsley. Mix well until smooth and leave to sit for 10 minutes.

Prepare the cutlets. Wet your hands with cold water and form medium-sized cutlets. Coat both sides with breadcrumbs. Heat the frying pan, pour in the oil and put the cutlets in. Fry on one side, turn over and cover the frying pan with a lid. Continue frying until golden brown. Place the finished cutlets on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Then transfer to a plate.
