Calamari with garlic and herbs
Ingredients
Servings 2- salt and white pepper
- lemon juice
- dill
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- cilantro
- olive oil
- 4 carcasses of small squids

Step 1
Cut the squid carcasses in half lengthwise, remove the frame, rinse from the inside, make cuts obliquely on the halves of the carcasses. Dip them in salted boiling water for 4 minutes, remove, put in a colander, let cool slightly, cut into circles.
Step 2
Mix olive oil and lemon juice in equal proportions, beat lightly with a fork. Mince the garlic, dill and cilantro. Mix garlic, herbs, a mixture of oil and lemon juice, season to taste with salt and white pepper. Fill the squid with this mixture. Let it brew for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
