Blizzard with cookie balls

A kind of banana smoothie with cookies and nut balls.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • Balloons:
  • Raw cashews - 1/2 tbsp
  • Oatmeal - 1/4 tbsp
  • Flour - 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • Maple syrup - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Chocolate chips - 1/4 tbsp
  • Blizzard:
  • Sliced frozen bananas - 3 pcs.
  • Cookie crumbs - 2 tbsp
  • Milk

Cooking

Step 1

Grind cashews and oatmeal in a blender, add salt, sugar, flour.

Step 2

Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, mix everything. Add chocolate chips.

Step 3

Form into balls and refrigerate until firm.

Step 4

In a blender, beat bananas, add a little milk and cookie crumbs. Whisk.

Step 5

Serve with balls. Enjoy your meal!
