Sterilize the jars. Put them in the oven for 20 minutes, the temperature inside should be 100-110 °C. Then turn off the oven, let the jars cool inside for a few minutes.

Chop the tomatoes.

Peel the garlic. Chop the pepper.

Cut the zucchini.

Place tomatoes, peppers, and garlic in a blender bowl. Pour in oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth.

Pour the filling into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the zucchini and simmer for another 10-20 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, simmer for a couple more minutes and pour the finished dish into jars.
