In a blender, grind all ingredients until smooth: zucchini, cheese, egg, flour and spices.
Place the resulting mass on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and smooth it out. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 170°C. Remove the baking sheet, turn the cake over and bake for another 5 minutes.
Grease the finished crust with tomato sauce, add the filling, and bake for another 15 minutes until the ingredients are ready.
