
Cut the zucchini into thin slices.

Slice the orange thinly.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

Place the zucchini in a saucepan and sprinkle with a little sugar. Simmer until the zucchini releases juice and all the sugar dissolves. Add oranges and lemon juice.

Add all the sugar and cook over low heat.

Cook until smooth. Pour the jam into jars while hot. Roll up.
