Cut the zucchini into cubes.
Place the saucepan on the fire, add tomato paste, salt and sugar and lightly fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add the zucchini, garlic and seasonings. Pour in enough water to cover the zucchini completely, but it should not be floating in it. Simmer over low heat until the zucchini is soft.
Take a jar and put the prepared zucchini with sauce into it. Close the lid.
