Make the "dough" for the zucchini flatbreads. Add garlic and eggs to the main vegetable. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a fork. Then carefully add the flour. Mix again with a fork. The dough for the zucchini flatbreads is ready.
Start frying the flatbread in a frying pan. Put it on medium heat and pour in vegetable oil. When the frying pan is hot, pour the dough into it in a 0.5 mm layer and smooth it out. Cover with a lid and fry for 10 minutes.
Fry the other side. To do this, turn the flatbread over and cook for another 10 minutes with the lid on.
